Roast Styles Available

• Filter Roast: Clean, transparent, and flavor-forward. Highlights the coffee's origin without any under- or over-roasted flavors.

• Espresso Roast ("Modern Espresso"): Clean, sweet, and buttery. Features balanced acidity and sweetness with a great structure (never too heavy or dry).

Subscription Logistics

• Shipping: subscriptions are produced the first Tuesday of the month, shipped that same week.

• Billing: Subsequent renewals are always charged on the 15th of the month, regardless of when you place your first order.

• Variety: Ordering multiple bags guarantees different coffees. Because they source directly, you may see repeating coffees or different processing methods/varietals from the same farm.

• Perks: A monthly personal email from the founder with insights on green coffee, roasting, and brewing tips.

• Filter Sizes: 125g, 250g, and 1kg bags.
