Returns & Exchanges

At April Coffee Roasters, we strive for perfection in every roast; however, due to the perishable nature of coffee, we only accept returns on non-food merchandise and brewing equipment within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is unused, in its original packaging, and is a non-perishable product such as a brewer, filter, or apparel.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our Copenhagen showroom at store@aprilcofferoasters.com with your order number and reason for the return to receive a return authorization.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack the items and ship them back to our roastery; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
